1. The subject of the order is: Construction of a pump track in Dobre. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in: design documentation, bills of quantities and STWiOR constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ 2. The Ordering Party informs that wherever in SWZ it describes the subject procurement by identifying trademarks, patents or the origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular Contractor that could lead to the preference or elimination of certain Contractors or products, the Ordering Party allows a solution equivalent to those described, provided that they are of no worse properties and quality.
