The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, thru the FY 2026 - Local Government Support Fund-Growth Equity Fund Program under Local Budget Circular # 167, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 2, 780, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract "CONSTRUCTION OF PULOT BARANGAY HEALTH STATION". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF PULOT BARANGAY HEALTH STATION. The project is located at Barangay Pulot, Municipality of Lagayan, Province of Abra, Cordillera Administrative Region. The following are the Item of Works;
