Description : 1) The Municipality of Carigara, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 1, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Public Toilet in Brgy. Baybay. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Carigara, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for Public Toilet Building. Completion of the Works is required 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, whose value must be equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
The SLCC shall be supported by an Owner-s Certificate of Final Acceptance issued by the project owner other than the Contractor, or a final rating of at least satisfactory in the CPES, or a similar performance and monitoring system.
