Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC TOILET
1. Barangay Local Government unit of Manicaan through the 20% BDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fourteen Thousand Fifty Eight Pesos & Ninety Nine Centavos Only (Php 214, 058.99) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC TOILET. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Manicaan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 11 (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
