Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC TERMINAL
1. The LGU-Garchitorena, through the MEDF 2026, intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION PESOS (Php7, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC TERMINAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-Garchitorena now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC TERMINAL, under the Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) procedure. Delivery of the goods/materials is required within One Hundred Two (102) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail evaluation and the Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) system, with 85% allocated to the quality proposal and 15% to the price proposal, as the award criteria in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009.
