Description : The LGU-PILAR through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS ONLY (Php2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)to payment under the Contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC RESTROOM.



Prospective Bidders should have experience in undertaking similar project within at least 8 years with an amount of at least 80% of the proposed projects for bidding. The Eligibility Checks/Screening as well as the preliminary Examination of Bids shall be use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid shall be conducted.



All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and the Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
