CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC PLAZA (PHASE II)
1) The Municipality of Padre Burgos, through the 20% ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND (EDF) - CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P2, 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Public Plaza (Phase II). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Padre Burgos now invites bids for the Construction of Public Plaza (Phase II). Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty Five (125) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 year-s from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly,
