CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC MARKET BUILDING NO.9
1. The Local Government of Maitum, through GENERAL FUND - 20% LDF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 11, 999, 908.76 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC MARKET BUILDING NO.9. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Maitum now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 206 calendar days and shall commence from the date of the issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
