CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC CEMETERY PHASE III
1. The Municipal Government Unit of Boliney, through the Budget approved by the Sangguniang Bayan under the General Fund, CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (Php 3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC CEMETERY PHASE III with contract No.: MBLNY26-GF-CW6.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Boliney, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
