The subject of the investment is the construction of a public utility building intended for a local integration center with a tight septic tank and technical infrastructure on the plot with registration number 540/2 in Parciaki. The scope of the investment includes six interconnected modules containers constituting one coherent whole. The building includes: a hall, a women's toilet, a men's toilet/for the disabled, a kitchenette, a cleaning room, and a meeting room. The building is a single-story building, without a basement, with a flat roof (approx. 2%), consisting of 6 modules. The building will be equipped with electricity and sewage water.
