Margarita, Samar, through the 2026 - 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php150, 000.00) for the Construction of Public Address, Barangay Nabulo, Sta. Margarita, Samar being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Public Address, Barangay Nabulo, Sta. Margarita Samar, BLGU2026-300-021. Bids received in excess of the A BC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU - Nabulo, Sta. Margarita, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 10 days.
