Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation by the Contractor of a task called: Construction of the Pszczki Skowarcz water supply network.2. The scope of works includes in particular: 1) construction works related to the construction of a water supply network with a total length of approx. 1296 m from 110mm PE and 90mm PE pipes together with 3 pieces of fire hydrants.2) obtaining for the Ordering Party the right to use the constructed network in accordance with the Construction Law.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is indicated in the Specification of Terms and Conditions (SWZ) and documentation project entitled: Construction of a sanitary sewage system and a water supply network at ul. Fabryczna in Pszczki, Pszczki commune in the scope of the water supply network and the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works, constituting Annexes No. 8 and 9 to the SWZ. Works regarding the construction of the sanitary sewage system, described in the design documentation, DOES NOT CONSTITUTE THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER.4. The subject of the order includes the performance of all works that will prove necessary to perform the task specified in section 1, as well as execution acceptance documentation and all documents required under the Agreements.
