Description : 1) The Environmental Management Bureau-10, through the approved General Appropriation Act (GAA) for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Five Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Eighty-Five Pesos and 03/100 (₱ 12, 548, 085.03) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Construction of the Proposed Environmental Satellite Laboratory in Gov. Arsenio A. Quibranza Provincial Government Center, Pigcarangan, Tubod, Lanao Del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Environmental Management Bureau-10 now invites bids for above Satellite Laboratory Building. Completion of the Works is required for Two Hundred-Forty (240) Calendar Days from the date of issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
