1.The Local Government Unit of Oton, through PROVINCIAL AIDE to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Three Pesos and 38/100 Only (Php 4, 999, 983.38) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF PROPOSED 2-STOREY MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (YOUTH DEVELOPMENT CENTER AND FAMILY DEVELOPMENT CENTER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
