1) The BANGSAMORO HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION (BHRC), through the FY 2026
General Appropriations Act of the Bangsamoro, intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (₱5, 870, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS OF FENCING, ENTRANCE AND EXIT GATE (BHRC-CO-2026-001 ). Bids received in excess of the ABC, shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BANGSAMORO HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION (BHRC) now invites bids for the
CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS OF FENCING, ENTRANCE AND EXIT GATE (BHRC-CO-2026-001 ). Delivery of the Goods is required within 120 working calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within a period of ten (10) years, the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
