The subject of the order includes the development of complete design documentation for the construction of ul. Bolesawa Chrobrego on the section from the intersection with ul. Transversal to the border with the Oarw Communes (approx. 760 m long), including all arrangements, decisions, industry projects and other studies and documents required or necessary to obtain a decision authorizing the implementation of a road investment, hereinafter referred to as the ZRiD decision, and enabling the conduct of a public procurement procedure for construction works, as well as the correct and implementation of the investment in accordance with applicable regulations, including obtaining a ZRiD decision and applying for the ZRiD decision to be immediately enforceable or final, depending on the adopted method of investment implementation and needs Ordering Party.
