Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: Design of the construction of a multi-functional building in Bolechowice. The services were divided into four stages: - Stage I, preparation of a map for design purposes, geotechnical research and submission of the first complete concept to the Ordering Party; - Stage II: submitting complete documentation to obtain a building permit or a certificate of no objection to the application for construction works that do not require a building permit; submitting a copy of the construction design submitted to the competent authority architectural and construction administration (PZT, PZB) and technical design (PT); confirmation of initiation of proceedings in the case; - Stage III - Execution of the remaining scope of work covered by the contract, including: development of executive designs along with obtaining all necessary opinions and arrangements, development of bills of quantities, cost estimates and technical specifications for the execution of works; - Stage IV order covered by the option right, performing author's supervision. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 10
