Invitation to Bid for Proposed Neuroscience Building
PB 14-2026
1) The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center (BRHMC), through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ten Million Pesos (P 110, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Neuroscience Building under PB 14-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BRHMC now invites bids for Proposed Neuroscience Building. Completion of the Works is Two Hundred Seventy-Five (275) calendar days from receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within 7 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
