ITB No. 2026-VII-31-02
1. The Local Government Unit of Sibalom, through the 20% Development Fund 2026-, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 600, 00.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Gabion. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Sibalom, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the Construction of Gabion at Barangay Nagdayao, Municipality of Sibalom, Antique. Contract Period is required within Nineteen (19) Calendar Days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed and/or Purchase Order.
Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
