ITB No. 2026-VII-30-01
1. The Local Government Unit of Sibalom, through the DRRM Special Trust Fund No.1 FY 2025-, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500, 00.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Repair of Overflow. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Sibalom, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the Repair of Overflow at Barangay Luyang, Municipality of Sibalom, Antique. Contract Period is required within Thirty Three (33) Calendar Days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed and/or Purchase Order.
Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
