The Philippine National Police, Police Regional Office Negros Island Region (PNP, PRONIR), through the PNP TR FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (PhP4, 721, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of PRO NIR Staff Quartering Facility and Additional Office Spaces. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PNP, PRO NIR now invites bids for the Construction of PRO NIR Staff Quartering Facility and Additional Office Spaces located at Regional Headquarters, Police Regional Office Negros Island Region, Brgy. Estefania, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
