The subject of the order is the design and execution of construction works (design and build formula) as part of the investment task entitled "Construction of a Primary School on plot no. 160/2 (formerly no. 160), Karwiany-Komorowice district, Żórawina commune", implemented on the property located at ul. Wiosenna in Komorowice (55-020), i.e. on the plot no. 160/2 with an area of ​​3.0118 ha (30 118 m²), resulting from the division of plot no. 160 with an area of ​​4.0135 ha (40, 135 m²), Karwiany-Komorowice district, Żórawina commune, Wrocław poviat, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, with the investment area covering the north-eastern part of the property with an area approx. 1.73 ha. The division of plot no. 160 is based on the division design (map with the division design, GEO-BAU Jan Hutnik); until the decision to approve the division becomes final, plot no. 160 remains in legal transactions - issued for the plot No. 160, the conditions of connection to the network and other decisions remain valid. 3.2.
