A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 2 (STWiORB), Annex No. 2a (bill of quantities for single-seat graves) and Annex No. 2b (bill of quantities for two-seat graves) to SWZ.2.1. The location of the graves construction will be determined after geodetic marking made by the Ordering Party. 3. The contractor will be obliged to carry out construction works according to the schedule indicated in Chapter VII SWZ.4. The attached bills of quantities may be used by the Contractor only as auxiliary material for the valuation of the lump sum remuneration for the works covered by the subject of the order. Underestimation, omission and failure to recognize the scope of the subject of the order cannot constitute the basis for a claim changes in the lump sum remuneration.5.The offer should include the valuation of all accompanying elements/services, indirectly related to the works performed.6.Construction works must be carried out in such a way that they do not violate the dignity of the place (cemetery) and do not disturb and do not violate the solemnity of funeral ceremonies. 7.
