Description : 1) The LGU-Mariveles, through the Budget of the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian of 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million, Five Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand, Six Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos and 50/100 (Php1, 599, 638.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Potable Water System at Brgy. Balon Anito Mariveles, Bataan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-Mariveles now invites bids for Construction of Potable Water System at Brgy. Balon Anito Mariveles, Bataan. Completion of the Works is required within 24 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
