Construction of Potable Water Supply System (Level 3) at Barangay Camanacsacan

The San Jose City LGU, through its BAC, invites contractors registered and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board(PCAB) to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contract:



Name of Project: Construction of Potable Water Supply System (Level 3)

Location of Project: Barangay Camanacsacan, San Jose City

Approved Budget for the Contract: Php 2, 700, 000.00

Source of Fund: 20% Development Fund / General Fund

Amount of Bidding Documents: Php 5, 000.00

Contract Duration: 90 Calendar days



Prospective bidders should posses a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value at least 50%, and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the eligibility form) available in the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check/screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.



All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and it-s implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Pre-Bid Conference/Deadline of submission of Letter of Intent (LOI) (February 27, 2020 @ 9:30AM)

Post Qualification (March 13, 2020)

Awarding of Contracts (March 16, 2020)





The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Eligibility Forms at the BAC Secretariat City Engineering Office, San Jose City upon their submission of LOI and upon their payment of a non-refundable amount for the cost of such documents.



The San Jose City LGU assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids and reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any defect or informality in the bids and declare a failure of bidding or not award the contract.
