Tender Details

The subject of the performance is the reconstruction of the existing swimming pool in Postoloprty. The renovation includes, in particular, the removal of the existing ceramic lining of the pool tub and the installation of a new stainless steel pool shell, including subsequent modifications of concrete and paved areas around the pool. The existing changing rooms, showers and entrance areas remain unchanged. The project also includes the reconstruction of the existing Finnish sauna, the expansion of the rest room and the construction of a new biosauna. The building also has an existing one an unused small swimming pool that will be roofed with a reinforced concrete slab on which the new Whirlpool will be placed, including the related technology located partly in the 1st PP and partly in the 1st NP of the building. As part of the newly designed wellness area, showers and separate ones will be added WC for visitors to this part of the building.
