1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PASTRANA, through the APPROVED BUDGET coming from MAYOR-S OFFICE under the ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX AND 89/100 PESOS ONLY (P 3, 999, 986.89) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF POST HARVEST FACILITY (STORAGE FACILITY) with a PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER- BAC-INFRA-2026-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PASTRANA now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF POST HARVEST FACILITY (STORAGE FACILITY). Completion of the Works is required NINETY EIGHT (98) CALENDAR DAYS.
