CONSTRUCTION OF PORT COMMERCIAL BUILDING (PHASE II)
1) The Municipality of Padre Burgos, through the 20% - CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P1, 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Port Commercial Building (Phase II). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Padre Burgos now invites bids Construction of Port Commercial Building (Phase II). Completion of the Works is required Seventy-Nine (79) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 year-s from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
