1. The Municipal Government of Villareal, Samar, now invites bids for the Construction of Port located at Barangay Banquel, Villareal, Samar which has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of TWENTY FOUR MILLION THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE PESOS & 19 CNTVS (24, 034, 255.19)



Completion of Works is required within Two Hundred Seventy (270) calendar days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act-.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organization with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to Filipino citizens.

3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Chairperson, and inspect the Bidding Documents within the period November 20 to December 9, 2018, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday at the Office of the Bids and Awards Committee, LGU Villareal, Samar.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (25, 000.00)

5. The Municipal Government of Villareal, Samar will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on November 27, 2018, 9:30 in the morning at the Municipal Hall, Villareal, Samar which shall be open to all interested parties.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before December 10, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. at the Office of the BAC, Municipal Hall, Villareal, Samar. All bids must be accomplished by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB.

7. Bids will be opened on December 10, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at the Municipal Hall, Villareal, Samar in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

8. The Municipal Government of Villareal, Samar reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incoming any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
