4.1. The Ordering Party orders, and the Contractor accepts, a public procurement consisting in the performance of construction works as part of the task entitled: Construction of playgrounds in the Lutomiersk Commune (case reference number: RIiR.271.8.2026). 4.2.4.2.1. Description of the subject of the order.1) Construction playground in the town of Babice on plot no. 196, Babice district. The implementation of the order involves the construction of a playground and installation of small architectural devices within plot no. 196 in the town of Babice. The playground is public, accessible and recreational. It is intended for everyday use by children, under the supervision of adults. The designed playground will be intended for recreation for children in different age groups, with the possibility of using devices with various motor, fitness and sensory.
