1. The subject of this order will be implemented in the formula: design and build, based on the Functional and Utility Program, therefore it includes: development of design documentation together with author's supervision and execution of works construction works for the task titled: Construction of a playground at ul. Czarna - (case reference number: WZP.271.1.47.2026.J)2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Functional and Utility Program. 3. The minimum warranty period required by the Ordering Party The entire subject of the order is 36 months. 4. DEADLINE FOR EXECUTION OF THE ORDER The deadline for execution of the order is 4 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, including: development of design documentation along with obtaining the necessary administrative decisions up to 3 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. signing the contract.
