4.1. The Ordering Party orders, and the Contractor accepts, a public procurement consisting in the performance of construction works as part of the task entitled: Construction of a playground on plot no. 454 in the town of Czoczyn (case reference: RIiR.271.14.2026).4.2.4.2.1. Item description orders.1) Construction of a playground in Czoczyn. The implementation of the order involves the construction of a playground and the installation of small architectural devices within the plot no. 454 in the town of Czoczyn. The playground is public, accessible and recreational. It is destined for everyday use by children, under the supervision of adults. The designed playground will be intended for recreation for children in different age groups, with the possibility of using devices with various motor, fitness and sensory functions.
