Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: Construction of a playground in the City Park in Czyca2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is described in the design documentation. These documents constitute attachments to this SWZ OPZ, Appendix No. 5. 3. Devices and equipment must be arrange in accordance with the land development plan constituting an annex to SWZ.4. The devices should be installed in accordance with the land development plan and STWiOR constituting annexes to SWZ.5. After completing the delivery and works, the Contractor is obliged to complete the work recultivation of areas occupied by technical and social facilities, the construction site, temporary roads constructed for the needs of the Contractor and the construction site, and any other areas transformed by the Contractor.6. The contractor will be obliged to perform repairs within the scope restoring roads and real estate used by the Contractor to a technical condition no worse than before the commencement of construction.7. The order includes delivery and construction works specified in the design documentation, as well as necessary auxiliary works and activities. for the proper execution of the subject of the order.8.
