CONSTRUCTION OF PLANT TISSUE CULTURE LABORATORY

1. The Department of Agriculture, Region IX, through HVCDP 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Eighty-five Thousand Seventy-four Pesos and 63/100 only (P2, 985, 074.63) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Plant Tissue Culture Laboratory @ Brgy. Upper Irasan, Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte under ITB No. 2024-096. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture, Region IX now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Seventy-five (75) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
