Building into Two Storey Building (Completion Works)
1) The LGU San Remigio, Antique, through the 20% IRA Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the
sum of 600, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for Construction of Planning and Engineering Building into Two Storey
Building (Completion Works). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-San Remigio, Antique now invites bids for Construction of Planning and
Engineering Building into Two Storey Building (Completion Works). Completion of the
Works is required 60 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from
the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description
of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
