Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PIPELINE EXPANSION PROJECTS
1) The SULTAN KUDARAT WATER DISTRICT through the CORPORATE BUDGET APPROVED BY THE BOARD intends to apply the sum of P 7, 760, 800.00 - Lot 1 - Supply and Delivery of uPVC Pipes & Fittings & P 2, 594, 925.00 - Lot 2- Supply and Delivery of Various Fittings, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The SULTAN KUDARAT WATER DISTRICT now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF PIPELINE EXPANSION PROJECTS using the EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES. Delivery of the Goods is required 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
