Description : 1) The Barangay Government of Pingad, Sabangan, through the 2026 Local Government Support Fund - Growth Equity Fund (LGSF-GEF) intends to apply the sum Three Million Nine Hundred Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Nine Pesos (Php. 3, 900, 169.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF PINGAD ACCESS ROAD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Government of Pingad, Sabangan now invites bids for Construction of Pingad Access Road. Completion of the Works is required one hundred five (115) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Error! Reference source not found. (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
