Description : 1) The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, through A. O. #4-2025, Savings/GF, intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Six Pesos and Thirty-Four Centavos. (Php1, 999, 966.34), 2026-45 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payments under the contract for the Construction of Pilar Arch. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the Construction of Pilar Arch. Completion of the Works is required within 30 CD. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
