Tender Details

"Installation of photovoltaic installations for the Modliborzyce Commune's own needs." The Ordering Party in accordance with Art. 91 section 1 ustawy Pzp, dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. The order was divided into 2 parts. The contractor may submit a bid for one or both lots orders. Each part includes the implementation of several tasks (photovoltaic micro-installations) indicated below. It is not allowed to submit offers for individual tasks within a given part. Part No. 1 includes delivery, assembly, commissioning and handover 4 photovoltaic micro-installations with a total capacity of 114 kW for use. The material scope of part No. 1 includes the construction of 4 photovoltaic micro-installations with different powers, located in the Modliborzyce commune facilities. Scope of works and requirements technical specifications were specified in the design documentation, including: Technical Documentation, Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works (hereinafter: STWiOR), BIOZ Information, Bill of Quantities, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, implementation conditions orders are specified in the draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ). and Part No. 2 includes the delivery, assembly, commissioning and commissioning of 5 photovoltaic micro-installations with a total capacity of 104.5 kW. Material scope of part no. 2 includes the construction of 5 photovoltaic micro-installations with different powers, located in the Modliborzyce commune facilities.
