Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of a photovoltaic installation with an energy storage facility, the necessary infrastructure, and the development of design documentation (Technical Design), as well as author's supervision over the works in the outpatient clinic building. District-Specialistic No. 10 at ul. Hallera 5 in Sosnowiec. 2. The description of the subject of the order is Appendix No. 2 to SWZ OPZ together with the attachment Functional and Utility Program [hereinafter: PFU].3. The warranty period required by the Ordering Party is: - 15 years against defects hidden photovoltaic modules;- 25 years linear warranty for photovoltaic modules;- 10 years for photovoltaic inverters;- 10 years for the energy storage system;- 15 years for the assembly structure;- 5 years for other devices;- 5 years for construction and assembly works counted from the date of final acceptance confirming that the works covered by the Subject of the Agreement have been completed without any significant reservations.
