The subject of the order is the construction of a photovoltaic installation with energy storage in the facility of the Central School of the State Fire Service in Czstochowa in the design and implementation system. 2. The subject of the Agreement includes in particular: 2.1. preparation of documentation technical (hereinafter referred to as DT) together with a cost estimate in accordance with the guidelines from the functional and utility program, legal provisions and in accordance with the received documentation held by the Ordering Party 2.2. ensuring author's supervision 2.3. delivery, assembly and commissioning photovoltaic installation 2.4. construction of the foundation for the energy storage 2.5. delivery, assembly and commissioning of the energy storage 2.6. maintaining connection of the inverters with data servers via LTE (GSM) connection for the warranty period 2.7. fencing of the foundation area energy storage2.8.supplies of the Energy Management System 2.9.preparation of as-built documentation 2.10.notification of the implementation (installation) of the energy storage to the Czstochowa City Hall2.11.preparation of technical documentation to Tauron Dystrybucja according to connection conditions 2.12. transfer to the Ordering Party of proprietary copyrights to the technical documentation it has created, and to the documentation created...
