The Local Government Unit of BUGUEY, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FOURTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY(P 445, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE(PHASE I) LOCATED AT BAFRDC - SARANAY VILLAGE, CENTRO, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN (RE-BID) . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
