1) The LGU - SCIENCE CITY OF MUÑOZ, through the 2026 DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 900, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE OF SUPER HEALTH CENTER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
