Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction of Perimeter Fence of Sipalay City District Jail
1) The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Regional Office-Negros Island Region (BJMPRO-NIR), through the General Appropriation Act of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 8, 100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Perimeter Fence of Sipalay City District Jail. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BJMPRO-NIR now invites bids for Construction of Perimeter Fence of Sipalay City District Jail. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Thirty-Two (132) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
