Description : 1.The City Government of Isabela, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Nine Pesos & 28/100 only (Php5, 499, 909.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE PHASE II WITH SOLAR POWERED PERIMETER LIGHTS AT FOREST PARK, BARANGAY MALIGUE, ISABELA CITY, BASILAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
