1) The Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point, through the Barangay Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱500, 000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Perimeter Fence (Phase I) located at Brgy. Site, Brgy. Ipilan, Brooke-s Point, Palawan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point now invites bids for Construction of Perimeter Fence (Phase I) located at Brgy. Site, Brgy. Ipilan, Brooke-s Point, Palawan. Completion of the Works is required one hundred twenty (120) calendar days upon issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
