1) The BUREAU OF JAIL MANAGEMENT AND PENOLOGY R5, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Two Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Two Pesos and Forty-Three Centavos (Php 6, 289, 632.43) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Perimeter Fence at Mobo District Jail (Take Over Contract) with Contract I.D No. 2026-07-CW5-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BUREAU OF JAIL MANAGEMENT AND PENOLOGY R5, now invites bids for Perimeter Fence at Mobo District Jail (Take Over Contract) Contract I.D No. 2026-07-CW5-04. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (100) CD. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
