CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE
Barangay Cambance, Loboc, Bohol
1. The BLGU-Cambance, Loboc, Bohol through the Tourism Share to Barangay 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Six Pesos & 44/100 (Php249, 606.44) being the ABC to payments under the contract RENOVATION OF OLD BARANGAY SESSION HALL/01-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU-Cambance, Loboc, Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184).
