The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through the 20% DF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hunded Thousand Pesos only (Php 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF SLAUGHTERHOUSE located at Brgy. San Isidro, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
