CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE
(Project Title)
1. The Municipality of General Nakar, through the Approved SIP Reference Code: 8000-3-2-027-3-5-7 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 7, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of General Nakar, now invites bids for the Construction of Perimeter Fence. Completion of the Works is required 216 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within (216 days) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
